Product Application
Compared with traditional wooden photo frame, optical frame and decoration molding, the foaming molding possesses following advantages: easy foaming, wear resistance, anti-corrosion, environmental protection, water proof, anti-moth and free deformation, etc. What’s more, it can be 100% recycled to protect the environment and save resources.
Product Features
— Extruding machine: single screw extruder uses slot barrel, specialized PS foaming screw to ensure high foaming capacity and stable extrusion.
— Extruding mould: the special designed die based on 20 years experience has following advantages: even discharge, easy adjustmend stable foaming, etc. working with our specialized photoelectric control system can make the product size precise and stable so as to improve the product quality.
— Cooling & setting water tank: all the parts which may touch water are made by stainless steel to prolong service life with beautiful appearance.
— Hauling & cutting: the press force of belt tractor is uniform. Also it uses stepless frequency speed control to meet the requirement for hauling stability. The cutter adopts special 45 degree down-cutting mode to ensure cutting surface with no flash. High precision length measuring device is used to guarantee the cutting precision so as to save raw material.
— The product stacker can achieve the effect of packing while cutting so as to save product flow cost
— There are many kinds of electric control system for choice such as PLC touch panel auto control system, the production speed will be high and stable. Also the control system will be easy to operate.
Production Flow
Raw material → Single screw foaming extruder → Foaming die → Cooling & Setting water tank → Surface hot stamping → Surface embossing → Profile tractor → Profile cutter → Stacker → Finish product packing
