Product Application  

The machine is mainly suitable for PVC pipe production line, installed in the middle of the traction cutting machine, through the frequency conversion motor to drive the film rotation, so that the film evenly wound on the surface of PVC pipe, to solve the long-term dependence of pipe packaging on artificial film, reduce the waste of manpower and material resources, improve production efficiency. 

The electrical part adopts the manual and automatic dual-use function (the automatic function can be connected with the manufacturer's tractor to achieve complete synchronization without manual adjustment) Heating air source (using air compressor air source into the air duct, adjustable air pressure, adjustable airflow, automatic drainage, gas cleaning, so that the surface film of the pipe is firm, smooth and beautiful.) The heating gun head adopts non-contact high-temperature air flow welding, which is convenient and safe for workers to operate (special temperature control can be adjusted 0-500 °, and the temperature of the outlet is stable)
